Indication for use

Whom is Parky intended for?

Parky is intended only for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease who can use an Apple Watch and iPhone. Its benefits are enhanced when used by tremor and dyskinesia-dominant patients.

Getting your prescription

To access all advanced features of Parky, including motor symptoms tracking and correlated symptom reports, you need a prescription in your region. You can follow simple steps below to get your prescription.

Consult your physician

Reach out to your doctor to determine if you are eligible for Parky’s advanced features. You can use this Doctor Letter Template to help guide your conversation.

Request your prescription

Your doctor will need to sign up for the Parky Provider Portal to create an online prescription. While prescribing they will use your personal details, such as your full name, date of birth, gender, and contact information (mobile number and email).

Prescription validation

The prescription will be automatically validated by our partnered online pharmacy. This process is seamless, requires no action from you, and typically takes about 24 hours.

Receive your activation code

Once validated, you’ll receive a 4-digit activation code via text message. Enter this code in the Parky app to activate your account.

Choose your bundle

Select the Parky Plus bundle for access to all features. Complete your payment, and you're ready to begin setting up the app.
